Starter-Set "Mix": The Ideal Entry into Your Smart Home
This starter set is the ideal introduction to your Smart Home. Control climate, light and shading as usual – or via app on the go. Reduce your energy consumption and increase your comfort. It contains 1x Gateway G1, 1x Heating Regualtor H1, 1x Shutter Actuator J1 and 1x Switching Actuator S2.
This starter set enables the intelligent control of room temperature, electrical consumers and shutters, awnings, and/or blinds. The Heating Regulator H1 is an intelligent, battery-powered radiator thermostat with integrated temperature sensor for radiator heating systems and is used for efficient room temperature control. Temperature control is performed manually on the device or via app (e.g. ubisys Smart Home App). With the S2 you can switch any two electrical loads/end devices (also motors) with a constant power consumption of up to 500VA each. High-quality and absolutely wear-free semiconductor switches (TRIACs) guarantee a very long service life and quiet switching. Perfectly suited for double lights and double switches. The J1 manages your shutters or blinds for you. Set up schedules via app and have your shutters go up and down according to your daily rhythm. Integrate the J1 into scenes and/or control multiple shutters simultaneously with one button. Installation is quick and so is the setup.

Product Information
Retrofittable Due to the innovative wireless technology, the starter set is not only suitable for new buildings, but also for refurbishments and renovations. Additional components can be gradually added and integrated into your smart home.
Automate More comfort and security through automation: via individual schedules, you can define when your blinds should automatically go up/down. If you are once on vacation, you can also simulate a presence via the function.
Integrated Electricity Meter The starter set records the actual electrical energy demand of the connected consumer and displays it in the ubisys App.
Always up to Date With the Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware upgrade function, these components always remain up to date. Firmware updates are free of charge.
Groups and Scenes Connected pushbuttons can be set up so that you can use them to control groups (e.g. lights or blinds) or activate scenarios.
Compatibility with Philips Hue The Philips Hue Bridge/App currently supports the Zigbee 3.0 standard, but not all device types are displayed in the Hue App. Currently, only the ubisys components D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can be controlled with the Hue app. When and to what extent the Hue App will support further ubisys products is not known. However, the ubisys gateway G1 and the components C4, D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can control Philips Hue light sources.

Installation
Gateway: Wall mounting or desktop (set up without mounting) Heating Regulator H1: Screw mounting (Do-it-Yourself) Shutter Control J1 and Power Switch S2: The J1 and S2 fit into sufficiently deep DIN 49073 boxes and can be installed behind any blind double switch or in a wall or ceiling outlet - so you do not need to replace your existing switches and sockets. Only unconventional switches, e.g. those used in bus systems (KNX/EIB), are unsuitable. The particularly compact design simplifies installation. Due to the robust and innovative radio technology, there are no special requirements for the electrical installation. The J1 and S2 are therefore not only suitable for new buildings, but also for refurbishments and renovations.
