Main Functions

The Heating Regulator H1 is a smart, battery-powered radiator thermostat with integrated temperature sensor for radiator heating systems and is used for efficient room temperature control in private and commercial facilities. The H1 communicates wirelessly using the Zigbee international radio standard. Temperature control is performed manually on the device or via app (e.g. ubisys Smart Home app). The H1 is a stand-alone solution, so it does not necessarily need to be operated with a gateway. You have the possibility to automate your temperature control via schedules.

Smart Control: It can be controlled manually on the device, via app, voice commands (e.g. Alexa, Siri) and automatically via schedules. Control via app is only possible in combination with a suitable Zigbee hub, e.g. ubisys Gateway G1.
More Convenience: To increase your comfort, schedules can automatically take over the heating of your rooms. Temperature setting via voice control (e.g. via Amazon Alexa) is also possible.
Save Costs: Control via app, even when you're on the road, means you only heat when you need to. This saves you energy and costs.
High Compatibility: The H1 is directly compatible with other Zigbee smart home systems, such as Home Assistant. And via Matter* with many other systems (e.g. Apple Home, Google Home).

Note: Integration into the Philips Hue system and thus control via the Hue app is currently not possible.

Standalone or integrated into your Smart-Home
The H1 works stand-alone. Its radio technology allows you to control your heating even when you are on the road. This requires the ubisys Gateway G1 (or a suitable Zigbee central unit from other manufacturers).

Always up to Date
With the Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware upgrade function, these components always remain up to date. Firmware updates are free of charge.

Compatibility with Philips Hue
The Philips Hue Bridge/App currently supports the Zigbee 3.0 standard, but not all device types are displayed in the Hue App. Currently, only the ubisys components D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can be controlled with the Hue app. When and to what extent the Hue App will support further ubisys products is not known. However, the ubisys gateway G1 and the components C4, D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can control Philips Hue light sources.
